The collaboration aimed to highlight Lord Woolley’s journey and achievements, showcasing his impact on the STEM community and beyond. By producing this case study, the initiative sought to provide a powerful example of leadership and resilience, encouraging more Black talent to pursue careers in STEM.
Back in 2021, Time Team came to Samuel Bignell to film adn document the journey of the Sutton Hoo Ship Company .
Setpoint Productions and Kovic Creative teamed up to produce a compelling case study on Lord Simon Woolley for the Black Talent & Leadership in STEM initiative. This collaboration brought together Setpoint’s expertise in video production.
This was a phenomenal project to work on, we had a total of 1-hour from the moment we entered Lord Simon Woolley's office, to setup, find a nice angle, light, and capture the whole piece to camera, and then also run off to get extra shots with Lord Simon.
This is where a well oiled team and good planning became paramount, we managed to make it work while having 1-minuite to spare, by exactly 59 minutes later we where out of the office with all our equipment, and heading back to base.
